The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.



Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

If the dispatch to foreign countries involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:


Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 10 - 40 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 10 - 40 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

-  Payment in cash at the time of collection
-  Prepayment via transfer
-  Cash on delivery 
 

- Klarna Checkout: 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Get first. Pay later (14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Germany you can find here and the complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Austria you can find here.
  • Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Pay now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard)
  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.

The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

-  Payment in cash at the time of collection
-  Prepayment via transfer


In case of payment via direct debit (automatic debit transfer), you revocably authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

The automatic debit transfer process takes place in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
