Payment options
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany is made within 20–30 days, and international deliveries within 20–30 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is based on the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you via email when the goods are ready and provide pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
